Health Coaching: Implement lasting lifestyle changes through education & support for nutrition, sleep hygiene, smoking cessation, weight management & more. Learn how to become empowered as your own health advocate.
Training: Personal or small group strength training programmed specifically for you. Includes in-person or virtual coaching to ensure movements are performed safely & efficiently.
Condition Control: Prevent disease and manage your health conditions through movements and lifestyle changes that every body can do. (Yes, that means YOU too!)
Katie Book holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. She interned in Cardiopulmonary Rehab and has been a health coach for 7+ years for a large insurance company. She has experience working with the following, but not limited to:
Katie recently relocated back to the Midwest after an extended 6 year vacation in Massachusetts. While living on the East Coast, she discovered the sport of Olympic Weightlifting and trained for 2.5 years. She hopes to eventually develop a local barbell club.
Katie loves what she does and looks forward to equipping others to manage their health well and live life abundantly!
